Fair

well we made it,and it was hot 94% to be exact,well I'll start off by saying it was really expensive just to buy a drink,and I was very thankful that there were 2 differant booths giving away bottled water and we managed to get about 8 of them in our 5 hours at the fair.But the hard part was to find anyone to give us a scoop of ice to go in our cups without paying 2.00 for a cup of ice:( we ate there of course and it was ok,this is normally one of my favorite things about fair but it was so hot and no one was very hungry,the boys rode many many rides and they had tons of fun,and some of the booths in the buildings were cool and gave away some great stuff,my favorite was a ball cap I got for free from KGH and this hat came in very handy about 1 hour into this trip as it helped to keep my head and face cooler.The hubby was sooooo sick but he was a trooper and did great all day with the heat and the kids,but we did take some meds for him to take while we were there and that helped.anyway as I said it went well but I came back with only about 17.00 and we started out with alot more than that:(Starbucks here I come.........
